Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for admission includes candidates who have completed their Intermediate examination with F. Sc (Pre-Medical) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 70% marks from any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE). Furthermore, candidates must have passed the MDCAT-2024 examination with a minimum of 60% marks. Foreign candidates are also welcome to apply, but they must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 70% marks in at least three subjects, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics/Mathematics.

Entry Test Result 2024
Candidates who successfully pass the MDCAT entry test but are not selected by government colleges must submit complete admission forms before the closing date. The competition for medical college admissions is significant. As evidenced by the large number of students who appear for the Entry Test (MDCAT) each year. Last year, a total of 33,000 students took the medical entry test, but due to the limited number of seats available, the medical colleges in Lahore could not accommodate all of them.
Merit List 2024 Download online
The University of Health Sciences will prepare the merit list for all Punjab Medical and Dental Colleges in Lahore. Once the University announces the MDCAT results, we will display the merit list, and candidates can check the IMDC Merit List 2024. It’s important to note that if students fail to pay their fees on time, we will consider them ineligible for admission to LMDC, and we will remove their names from the LMDC merit list. In such cases, we will offer admission to the next candidate on the merit list.
