The College of Aeronautical Engineering (CAE) is an esteemed educational institution for Aeronautical Engineering in Pakistan. It is situated at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Risalpur Campus, located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Originally established in 1965 at Korangi Creek, Karachi, the college has undergone significant development over the years. As a constituent college of NUST, CAE has been an integral part of the university since 1994. Before its association with NUST, the college had a collaboration with Karachi University.

NUST Aeronautical Engineering Merit List and Fee Structure 2024

The College offers admission to both civilians and children of army officers. Civilians must have to pass the entry test of NUST for admission while for the children of those army officers who are still serving, the entry test is not compulsory.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criterion to Join PAF as an Aeronautical engineer is as follows:

• The unmarried candidates are allowed to apply only.
• Original certificate, detailed Marks Sheet of Matric//F.Sc or Equivalent must bring original Matric Detailed Mark Sheet.
• The age of the untrained candidates can be within the range of 16-22 years.
• Computerized Form “B” & Guardian’s Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) (Father or Mother) for under-18 candidates.
• The student must have the Pakistani Nationality. The domicile holders of Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir are also eligible.
• One set of attested photocopies of all the above-mentioned documents.
• 3x Passport size colored photos must be duly attested (front and back) by the Principal, Class-1 Gazetted Officer.
• A person who has dual nationalities must have to surrender other nationalities than Pakistani to Join PAF as an Aeronautical Engineer.
• The height of the candidate must be a minimum of 4 feet 10 inches/147cm. Original and one photocopy of the NOT RECOMMENDED letter of ISSB is required (Only for Repeater Candidates).
• The weight must be according to the body mass index.
