Applying Procedure for Admission Test Categories
- Add Personal & Educational Information & Upload Educational Documents Fill in your personal and educational details as instructed and upload the required educational documents.
- Final Submission Once you have completed the form and reviewed the entered information, click on the “Final Submission” button. Please note that after the final submission, you will not be able to edit the entered information. Ensure that all the details are accurate before proceeding.
- Choose the Desired Admission Test Category from the list of offered admission test categories, and select your desired category. This selection will determine the test you will be appearing for.
- Fee Challan Generation A fee challan will be generated for the selected admission test category. Click on the “Print Challan” button to obtain a printout of the fee challan. The fee can be paid at any branch of HBL, UBL, or through mobile banking using 1Bill.
- Deposit Fee and Generate Application After depositing the fee, you need to generate the application by uploading a picture of the deposited fee evidence. This serves as a confirmation of your payment.
Age Relaxation and Session Gap (Instructions related to the Admission Process)
- Age Relaxation If you exceed the maximum age brackets for admission, you must apply for age relaxation. Submit the application for age relaxation along with the online admission form. This will allow you to obtain the necessary certificate within the specified timeframe.
- Session Gap Similarly, if there is a session gap in your academic history, you must apply for a session gap simultaneously with the submission of the online admission form. The application must be duly referred by the Head of the Department where admission is being sought. Include all the required documents for admission and address the application to the Registrar, University of the Punjab, Lahore. You can collect the certificate of age relaxation and session gap from the Office of the Deputy Registrar (General) once the application is processed.
